The European Commission 7th Framework MEDIATE project is looking at identifying best practice in various aspects of transport accessibility for disabled and older people in order to develop a good practice guide and indicators.
The attached questionnaire is intended for towns and cities that think they have an example of best practice to offer. I would be most grateful if you could  pass it on to any of ATCO’s members who may want to offer examples of good practice from their own regions.

The deadline for returning completed questionnaires is 5th November.
